The Prize Dispenser is an electrically driven dispensing mechanism designed to release prizes, promotional items, toys, gadgets and other suitable products from arcade and amusement machines.

The complete assembly combines an electric gear motor, mounting plate, guide arm and rotating metal spiral into one compact mechanism.

Prizes or products are positioned along the guide arm. When the dispenser receives a control signal from the machine electronics, the motor rotates the spiral, progressively moving the items toward the end of the arm until the selected product is released.

How It Works

Products or prizes are positioned along the guide arm between the sections of the metal spiral.

When the dispenser is activated:

1. the electric gear motor starts rotating,

2. the motor drives the metal spiral,

3. the rotating spiral moves the prizes along the guide arm,

4. the item closest to the end of the arm is moved toward the release point,

5. the product is released into the machine's collection area.

The exact dispensing cycle depends on the machine control system, spiral configuration and the size and positioning of the products.
